PUBG Mobile update version 1.2: New modes, experiences, etc

In terms of players and sales, the PUBG Mobile game emerges as one of the most popular battle royale games on the mobile platform. The PUBG Mobile update version 1.2 is around the corner which will introduce some new features, including new game modes, improvements, enhance classic mode, and more.

New modes, new experiences

Runic Power Gameplay (January 12th to March 7th):

On Spawn Island, players can choose their Rune energy form. The players will get two abilities after choosing a rune. As follows, the Rune Abilities are:

Flame Rune:

• Summon power - Invites a flame wheel that slowly rolls forward, doing burn damage to the enemy players it hits.
• Boost power - Adds a burning effect for a limited time to your ammunition.

Arctic Rune:

• Summon ability - Invoke an ice wall. It is possible to separately break each block of the ice wall. It can lift players or vehicles immediately above them when the ice wall appears.
• Boost power - Applies a freezing effect for a limited time to Ammo. Freezing decreases healing efficacy.

Wind Rune:

• Summon ability - Invites a crystal windshield that decreases the damage caused by bullets fired from beyond the shield.
• Improve power - Increases the rate of movement and reloading.

Power Armor Mode (This mode Launches in EvoGround on 5th February)

Respawn:

• At research stations, teammates will respawn.

Power Armor:

• Power Armor Chest Piece: Decreases damage to the chest and improves the ability of the backpack.
• Power Armor Arm Piece: Reduces damage to the arm and increases damage to the melee.
• Power Armor Leg Piece: Prevents leg injury and damage from dropping. Gives capacity for a short dash.
• Assembling the full Power Armor package unlocks the Dragon's Breath Grenade, the ultimate weapon.

Matrix Events:

• Matrix Event 1: Increased production from the regional supply.
• Matrix Event 2: With each airdrop, numerous Matrix airdrops and dramatically increased supplies.
• Matrix Event 3: Life Detectors are triggered at test stations and can be used for the detection of surrounding matches.

Metro Royale: Honor (From January 12th)

New firearms, new options

FAMAS:

• A new assault rifle that uses Ammo 5.56mm. It has the fastest rate of fire among rifles and can be loaded with 25 rounds.
• It is possible to equip the FAMAS with a Muzzle (Rifles), Scope, and Mag Mag (Rifles).
• It appears only on the map of the Livik Classic Battle Royale.

Game Performance and Other Improvements

Basic performance improvements:

• The loading logic has been improved so that the first time they are opened, backpacks open quicker.
• The high-end iOS devices' is improved in power consumption, thanks to PUBG Mobile, devices are less likely to overheat.
• The incremental update function can be used by Android users to update game resources, substantially reducing the size of the resource downloads required to start the game.

Security improvements:

• New Protection Zone (anti-cheating inspection) changes are waiting to be discovered by you.
• Improved the identification of hacks for auto-aiming, x-ray vision, long-distance jumping, and motion speed.

Basic Experience Improvements

Sight model improvements:
