Day by day, the popularity of PUBG Mobile is increasing exponentially among mobile games, as it was the highest-earning game in 2020 and added more than 232 million new players to its current user base.

With so many active players, being free of cheaters is important for the game. PUBG Mobile developers have some strong anti-cheat systems in place to tackle such cheats and maintain fair play.

They had disclosed a few days ago that they had taken action against online cheating materials from PUBG Mobile and removed over 125,000 cheating videos and posts from social media platforms. They also publish a weekly report informing their fans about the action against the cheaters they have taken.

PUBG Mobile published its eighteenth report on cheaters who were banned in the previous week, i.e. between 1 January and 7 January. The report revealed that PUBG Mobile has banned over 1,754,008 accounts for fraud, with each receiving a permanent suspension.

On August 29th, when 1,273,152 accounts were suspended, the first report was published, and in the second report 1,838,223 accounts were getting the boot.

Use of Cheats and hacks is not allowed in the pubg mobile hence they suspended 2,395,953 accounts for cheating last week. This week, compared to the previous week, 47 percent fewer fraudsters were banned.

• 8% of Ace tier accounts
• 12% of Crown tier accounts
• 14% of Diamond tier accounts
• 11% of Platinum tier accounts
• 8% of Gold tier accounts
• 9% of Silver-tier accounts
• 36% of Bronze tier accounts

Important Notice:

In other news, PUBG Mobile is yet to obtain the Indian Government's permission to make a comeback because the game was previously banned in the country for reasons of national security and privacy. 

"MeitY said in a previous statement, "any banned company does not function just by floating a new business. This can also be achieved by TikTok or someone else. They would have to seek permission to operate in India once again from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).

• Due to auto-aim usage, which is used to shoot enemies automatically using third-party scripts, 24 percent of the cheats were banned.
• X-ray visions were used by around 28 percent to gain an unfair advantage and see the position of the enemy through covers and walls. 
• 15 percent used speed hacks via an unfair movement advantage to outperform enemies.
• 14% of the frauds were suspended for the use of area damage modification, where they could kill others instantly with increased bullet damage.
• Seven percent of hackers were banned because they used the character model hack adjustment to gain an unfair advantage using third-party plugins.
• The remaining 12% were banned for reasons not specified.
